I ordered a size S hoodie, which was my mistake as I actually need a size M. The hoodie is completely unworn and in perfect condition, so I emailed asking if a one time size exchange would be possible.
What frustrates me is not the policy, it's the lack of response. I've received no reply at all. After waiting for international shipping from the USA and spending a lot of money on the hoodie, the least I expected was an answer.

Fits excellent. I'm 6'1, 250 lbs and the XXL fits me perfectly. Plenty of room to not feel constricted while working out. Also love the royal blue and yellow combo. It's pretty cool to be asked about it while at the gym and put them on to TTD. Thank you guys for this excellent product.
