What i learned more about you guys, is that y'all are training for powerbuilding, hybrid athletic, and for health and stamina.
When I watched the video about the full workout.. it motivates me way more that i started to wake up from the dead, because i already became death.

I’m 5’ 10” 200 lbs and usually fit 34-36 inch for jeans. The Medium fits perfectly not too baggy at all and not too short. The waist fits perfectly too not too snug or loose. I was worried the Medium would be too tight but it isn’t. The length is just right to cover shoes but not drag on floor. Also orders the shirt in a Large and fits perfectly too.
