I’m 5’ 10” and 200lbs. I ordered the Large and it fits perfect. Typically for oversized shirts I get a Medium or Large. The large sleeve length is perfect and it’s long enough too. Some oversized/boxy shirts are too crop top looking but this one is the right length. Quality is really really good probably the best quality shirt I own. I also got the sweatpants in a medium and they are perfect length. I typically fit in a 34-36 inch waist and the M pants fit perfect not too baggy at all.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I spent $140+ on this shit plus sweats and a hat. I entered the CORRECT the address. Package was delivered 3 days ago to parcel locker to a different resident at my apartments. So I have no access to my package, it’s long gone.
When I reached out to customer service they asked me to verify my address. And in my email response I had a typo of the apartment number, only in the email. But my address for the order was correct. So these idiots used that as an excuse and said “we aren’t responsible for incorrect addresses.” I literally told them the address on the order was correct and the email response was just a typo. Pathetic customer service. I’m doing a charge back with my bank to get my money back.
It’s a damn shame I waited months for this stuff to be in stock and their customer service lacks in every way possible. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again and unsubscribing from their YouTube. I’m not supporting people that won’t take care of customers.
